By accessing or using Career X Pro (the "Service"), operated by Adjuster X, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

Career X Pro is a career platform designed for the insurance adjusting industry. The Service enables insurance adjusters to create professional profiles, search for job opportunities, and manage their careers. It enables employers to post jobs, search for candidates, and manage their adjuster rosters.

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information in your profile or job postings.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users of the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, systems, or networks.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access or collect data from the Service without our written consent.
• Post content that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

For Employers: You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your job postings. Job postings must comply with all applicable employment laws, including non-discrimination requirements. We reserve the right to remove any posting that violates these Terms.

For Candidates: You are responsible for the accuracy of information in your profile and applications. Misrepresentation of qualifications, experience, or credentials may result in account suspension.

Career X Pro may display verified badges or indicators based on data from third-party integrations such as Route X Pro. While we strive to ensure accuracy, verified information is provided "as-is" and we do not guarantee its completeness or accuracy. Employers should conduct their own due diligence when evaluating candidates.

The Service, including its design, features, content, and code, is owned by Adjuster X and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content as necessary to operate the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adjuster X and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not warrant the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may also delete your account at any time through the Service settings.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in the State of Texas.
